Dr.-Ing. Matthias Sarna (Promotion 2023)
Am 22. September 2023 verteidigte Herr Dr.-Ing. Matthias Sarna seine Promotion als Industriepromotion in Kooperation mit Volkswagen AG zum Thema "Planungswerkzeuge für industriefähige Griff-in-die-Kiste-Anwendungen". Die Promotion wurde von Prof. Lüder betreut.
Durch zunehmend verbesserte Konditionen hinsichtlich der Ergonomie der Werker, wie auch logistischer Belange, rückt die automatisierte Entnahme von Bauteilen als Schüttgut aus Standardbehältern immer weiter in den Vordergrund. In der Promotion wurden Methoden und Systemen zum Griff in die Kiste (Bin Picking) auf ein industriell verwendbares Niveau hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Engineering-Aufwand entwickelt.
Due to increasingly improved conditions with regard to the ergonomics of the workers, as well as logistical concerns, the automated removal of workpieces as bulk material from standard containers is becoming more and more important. In the phd were developed methods and systems for bin picking to an industrially usable level regarding technical availability, economic efficiency and engineering effort.
